RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion approving the Recreation and Park Commission’s recommendation to accept a donation of a tile mosaic artwork installation from Monica Modest, to be placed at the Applegate Park Merced Open Air Theater (MOAT); and, authorizing the City Manager or the Assistant City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
