SUBJECT: Adoption of Resolution Approving the 2019/2020 Local Transportation Fund (LTF) Claim Form in the Amount of $191,250 to be Filed with the Merced County Association of Governments (MCAG) REPORT IN BRIEF Approves and accepts $191,250 in Local Transportation Funds (LTF) from Merced County Association of Governments (MCAG) for street and road maintenance. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Adopting Resolution 2019-43, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, approving the Local Transportation Fund (LTF) Claim to be filed with the Merced County Association of Governments (MCAG) for Fiscal Year 2019/2020; and, B. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make any necessary budget adjustments.
