7. 7 ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Department of Water and Power (DWP) and the Board of Public Works (BPW), on behalf of the Bureau of Sanitation (BOS), for the cost-sharing of planning activities related to the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant Program Implementation Plan for Pure Water Los Angeles.
8. 8 ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the establishment of alternative project delivery contract criteria using a competitive-sealed bid proposal method for the John Ferraro Building Renovation and Modernization Project.
9. 9 PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT re lative to preparing a proposed ordinance to disallow public parking in the A Zone, developing recommendations for modifying allowable public parking in Residential Zones in sensitive areas, and preparing an Interim Control Ordinance to prohibit the issuance of approvals and permits for public parking areas in the Agricultural zone.
10. 10 ORDINANCE SECOND CONSIDERATION relative to authorizing the execution of the Development Agreement by and between the City of Los Angeles and NREA-TRC 700 LLC, relating to real property in the Downtown Community Plan Area, located at 700 South Flower Street; 700 West 7th Street; and 711 South Hope Street.
11. 11 TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the agreement with EV Charging Solutions, Inc., to install, operate, and maintain electric vehicle charging stations.
12. 12 TRANSPORTATION and PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEES' REPORT relative to an agreement with BlueLA Carsharing Service for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.
13. 13 PERSONNEL AND HIRING COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the exemption of one Deputy General Manager Airports I (Class Code 0162) position (Chief of Airports Finance) for the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) from the Civil Service pursuant to Charter Section 1001(b).
14. 14 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (HUTT - LEE) relative to asserting jurisdiction over the Central Los Angeles Area Planning Commission action of July 28, 2026, granting in part an appeal with modified conditions for the project located at 261 South Kenmore Avenue.
