1. 1 City Tourism Department (CTD) reports relative to the Dine LA Restaurant Week participation fee structure and a new pilot program to support small, locally-owned and operated restaurants.
2. 2 Board of Airport Commissioners (BOAC) report relative to a proposed 30-year lease with County Sanitation District No. 20 of Los Angeles County for sewer pipelines and a construction laydown area at Los Angeles World Airports' Palmdale landholdings; and categorical exemption from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article III, Class 1(18)(c) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines.
3. 3 Board of Airport Commissioners (BOAC) report relative to a proposed contract with Solar Turbines Incorporated for service, maintenance, and repairs for two Mercury 50 gas turbines at the Central Utility Plant at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX); and administrative exemption from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2(f) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines.
4. 4 Board of Harbor Commissioners (BOHC) report relative to Port of Los Angeles (POLA) Resolution No. 26-10753 approving the Seventh Amendment to Permit No. 560 with Vopak Terminal Los Angeles, Inc.; and categorical exemption from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article III, Classes 1(14) and 1(18)(b) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines.
5. 5 Motion (McOsker – Hernandez) relative to requesting the Port of Los Angeles (POLA), in consultation with local stakeholders, to prepare a comprehensive implementation plan for all active Public Access Investment Plan (PAIP) projects, including project sequencing and prioritization and identification of projects necessary to support local readiness for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
6. 6 Motion (McOsker – Hernandez) relative to instructing City departments to report on opportunities to strengthen emergency preparedness and response capabilities at the Port of Los Angeles, including local emergency response and marine service vendor capacity.
