1. 1 Municipal Facilties Committee report relative to proposed lease with lease agreement with 2922 S. Crenshaw Blvd (LA) OZ Owner, LLC, for office space at 2922 Crenshaw Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90016 that will be utilized as a field office for Council District Ten.
2. 2 Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners report relative to authorizing the Department of Recreation and Parks to initiate the preliminary review and environmental due diligence process for the proposed acquisition of various California Department of Transportation properties throughout the City of Los Angeles for park purposes.
3. 3 Motion (McOsker – Lee) relative to conducting the necessary environmental assessments of the property located at 3171 Gaffey Street, San Pedro, CA 90731 (Portions of Assessor Parcel Nos. 7442-001-915 and 7442-001-910) to allow the City to obtain site control of the shooting range facility and manage the non-profit organizations utilizing the ballfields.
4. 4 Motion (Jurado – Padilla) relative to the development and implementation of public informational campaigns to increase awareness of City services and related matters.
5. 5 Motion (Jurado – Price) relative to use of the Mangrove parking lot, located at 426-462 East Temple Street for proposed development and operation of a Little Tokyo Dome/Japan House during the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
6. 6 Municipal Facilities Committee report relative to opportunities to sell surplus properties or use City properties as part of joint development or lease agreement projects to generate revenue.
