1. 1 Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA) to report and Resolution (Nazarian - McOsker) relative to establishing the City's position on H.R. 6204 and S.3 693 which would extend the authorization for the Large-Scale Water Recycling and Reuse Grant Program.
2. 2 CLA to report and Resolution (Jurado - Hutt) relative to establishing the City's position on the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Notice of Proposed Rulemaking "Equal Access to Housing in HUD Program Revisions" which seeks to remove regulatory provisions and rescind the Equal Access Rule.
3. 3 CLA to report and Resolution (Blumenfield, Hernandez – Hutt) relative to establishing the City's position on Senate Bill (SB) 922 (Baird), which would clarify that fees associated with providing public services may include the recovery of street maintenance and repair costs.
4. 4 CLA report and Resolution (Hernandez – Hutt) relative to establishing the City's position on Assembly Bill 1837 (Gonzalez), which would permanently extend the authorization of public transit operators to use video imaging to enforce parking and stopping violations occurring in transit-only traffic lanes and at transit stops.
5. 5 Motion (Harris-Dawson – Soto-Martinez) relative to the impact of the Supreme Court's decision in Louisiana v. Callais regarding the use of race in drawing voting districts.
6. 6 Motion (Rodriguez – Harris-Dawson) relative to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries refund system to reimburse unlawfully collected tariffs. 7. 7 City Attorney report relative to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking titled Housing and Community Development Act of 1980: Verification of Eligible Status.
8. 8 CLA to report and Resolution (McOsker – Nazarian) relative to establishing the City's position on Senate Bill 966 (Gonzalez), which would protect existing worker safety protections and preserve safety standards for communities in Los Angeles where refineries operate.
9. 9 CLA to report and Resolution (Rodriguez – Jurado) relative to establishing the City's position on any legislative and/or administrative actions that would advance the commitments of the Paris Declaration on Fast-Track Cities: Ending the HIV Epidemic.
10. 10 CLA to report and Resolution (Rodriguez – Yaroslavsky) relative to establishing the City's position on Assembly Bill (AB) 2319 (Schultz), which would protect and incentivize post-production jobs in the City.
