7. 7 Motion (McOsker – Park) relative to a Charter amendment to allow any Port Warden hired from outside City service to participate in either the Los Angeles Fire and Police Pension plan or the Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System.
8. 8 Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System (LACERS) Board of Administration report relative to Charter amendments to authorize LACERS to meet staffing needs and set compensation, set scheduling for Board meetings, select the General Manager and compensation, and select legal counsel when a conflict of interest with the City Attorney is determined.
