1. 1 Charter Reform Commission report relative to recommendations for amendments to the City Charter, in accordance with Ordinance No. 188303.
2. 2 Motion (Jurado – Rodriguez, et al.) and Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP) report relative to a Charter amendment to increase the City's annual appropriation to the RAP from 0.0325 percent of assessed value of all property, as assessed for City taxes, up to 0.0650 percent of said taxes.
3. 3 Motion (Soto-Martinez – Harris-Dawson) relative to a Charter amendment to require a regular schedule of fee studies from all Charter and ordinance departments that charge fees.
4. 4 Motion (Rodriguez – Blumenfield) relative to a Charter amendment to reform voting in the City, such as Ranked Choice Voting and Approval Voting, it's associated costs, and the ability of the County of Los Angeles to administer the changes.
5. 5 Motion (Soto-Martinez – Jurado) relative to a ballot measure to enable the City Council to authorize noncitizen voting in elections for City offices and for members of the Los Angeles Board of Education.

7. 7 Motion (Rodriguez – Blumenfield) relative to a Charter amendment to clarify suspension for misconduct for all elected officials.
8. 8 Motion (Rodriguez - Blumenfield) relative to a Charter Amendment to require Commissions and Boards to submit the Statement of Economic Interests and Restricted Source Financial Disclosure Statements prior to their consideration by the Council.
9. 9 Motion (Rodriguez - Blumenfield) relative to a Charter amendment to restrict an appointed caretaker of a vacant Council Office from seeking election to the same Office.
