2. 2 Chief Legislative Analyst report relative to proposed Charter amendments and policy changes for the Port of Los Angeles, including the Public Access Investment Plan and workforce impact disclosures for Port leasing and development agreements. (Referred to Trade, Travel, and Tourism Committee and Rules, Elections, and Intergovernmental Relations Committee. On April 14, 2026, the TTT Committee approved the report recommendations as amended.)
3. 3 Motion (Rodriguez – Hernandez) relative to a Charter amendment to establish a Small Business Preference in the City's procurement process. (This item is referred to Economic Development and Jobs Committee and Rules, Elections, and Intergovernmental Relations Committee.)
4. 4 Motion (Jurado – Rodriguez, et al.) and Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP) report relative to a Charter amendment to increase the City's annual appropriation to the RAP from 0.0325 percent of assessed value of all property, as assessed for City taxes, up to 0.0650 percent of said taxes.
5. 5 Motion (Soto-Martinez – Harris-Dawson) relative to a Charter amendment to require a regular schedule of fee studies from all Charter and ordinance departments that charge fees.
