1. 1 Board of Airport Commissioners (BOAC) report relative to the proposed Second Amendment to Contract DA-5629 with Vanderlande Industries, Inc. for the continued design and construction services of the Baggage Optimization Project Phase Two at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX); and administrative exemption from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2(i) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines.
2. 2 Board of Harbor Commissioners (BOHC) report relative to Port of Los Angeles (POLA) Resolution No. 26-10712 approving Permit No. 967 with So. Cal. Ship Services, LLC; and previously evaluated and administratively and categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2(i) and Article III, Class 1(3) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines.

5. 5 Board of Harbor Commissioners (BOHC) report relative to POLA Resolution No. 26-10702 approving Permit No. 970 with Taylored Transload, LLC and Waterfront Logistics LLC; and categorical exemption from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article III, Class 1(14) and 1(18)(d) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines.
