2. 2 Motion (Rodriguez – Blumenfield) relative to a Charter amendment to create a Neighborhood Appeals Commission comprised of seven members appointed to represent each area of the current Area Plannning Commissions.
3. 3 Motion (Rodriguez – Blumenfield) relative to a Charter amendment to bifurcate the Office of the City Attorney to establish an Office of Legal Counsel within the Office of the Chief Legislative Analyst and associated costs.
4. 4 Motion (Raman – Blumenfield) relative to a Charter amendment to establishing a diverse seven member Board of Neighborhood Appeals representing the City's seven regions, and as the City's sole appeal body on all quasi-judicial matters.
