1. 1 Motion (Rodriguez – Padilla) relative to contracting with a consultant to conduct public engagement, including with the Los Angeles Housing Department, Measure ULA Citizen Oversight Committee, relevant organizations, and stakeholders to identify solutions to align Measure ULA on mitigating impacts on new housing construction and investment.
2. 2 Motion (Jurado – Hernandez – Yaroslavsky) relative to creating a comprehensive analysis of Measure ULA revenues, expenditures, and programmatic outcomes from April 1, 2023 through January 31, 2026, and projected for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2025-26 and Fiscal Year 2026-27.
3. 3 Motion (Padilla – Soto-Martinez) relative to the outcomes of the United to House City of Los Angeles Tenant Outreach and Education Program and a timeline to create an online dashboard and heat map with outcome data.
