14. 14 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Sections 54956.9(d)(1), (d)(2), and (e)(2) (numerous potential cases) to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Mark Willits, et al. v. City of Los Angeles , United States District Court Case No. 10-cv-05782, and significant exposure to litigation. (This matter arises out of the Americans with Disabilities Act sidewalk repair settlement regarding the City's public right-of-way.)
