1. 1 City Administrative Officer and Los Angeles Housing Department reports and Resolutions relative to adopting the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) Resolution and Minutes; and issuing a supplemental tax-exempt multifamily housing conduit revenue note in an amount up to $29,739,488; and executing related financing documents for the Prisma Apartments Supportive Housing Project located at 6914 West De Longpre Avenue and 1350-1358 North Orange Drive in Council District 13.
2. 2 Exemption, City Attorney report and Ordinance relative to amending Subsection D of Section 151.06 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code to require that annual rent increases that go into effect on or after the effective date of the subsection comply with the updated automatic rent adjustment formula provisions for rental units subject to the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO).
3. 3 Los Angeles Housing Department report relative to the redesigned Alliance Time-Limited Subsidy Program; amending the Alliance Settlement Agreement Program between the City and the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority to be consistent with the redesigned program; and related matters.
4. 4 Motion (Rodriguez – Hernandez) relative to executing a contract with Hope the Mission to implement the Encampment Resolution Fund Grant for the San Fernando Osborne Program in Council District Seven that provides services for people experiencing homelessness in the community of Pacoima.
