1. 1 Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA) report and Resolution (Raman – Rodriguez, et al.) relative to establishing the City's position on H.R. 3874 (Friedman)/S. 1870 (Schiff), the Rim of the Valley Corridor Preservation Act.
2. 2 CLA to report and Resolution (Yaroslavsky – Jurado) relative to establishing the City's position on any legislative and/or administrative action that designates the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator as the implementation partner for the California Climate Innovation Fund.
3. 3 Motion (Rodriguez – Padilla) relative to the feasibility of requiring the disclosure of registered sex offender status for individuals who seek election, appointment, or selection to serve on a Neighborhood Council. (This item is referred to the Arts, Parks, Libraries, and Community Enrichment (APLCE) Committee and Rules, Elections and Intergovernmental Relations Committee. The APLCE Committee approved the matter as amended, on December 9, 2025.)
4. 4 Motion (Harris-Dawson – Yaroslavsky) relative to establishing Brisbane, Australia as an Olympic Friendship City.
5. 5 Motion (Soto-Martinez – Rodriguez) relative to preparing for a complete and accurate count for the 2030 Decennial Census.
6. 6 Los Angeles Charter Reform Commission (Commission) report relative to outside legal counsel for the Commission.
7. 7 Resolution (Padilla – Lee) relative to Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (DPH) efforts to ban the sale of products containing kratom and the synthetic kratom compound known as 7- Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH).
8. 8 Motion (McOsker – Blumenfield) relative to amending the City Charter to establish the Chief Legislative Analyst as the official representative of the City on policy matters.
9. 9 CLA report and Resolution (Padilla – Lee) relative to establishing the City's position on Assembly Bill 492 (Valencia), which would require written notification when a license is issued by the Department of Health Care Services to a residential alcohol or other drug recovery or treatment facility.
10. 10 CLA to report and Resolution (Soto-Martinez – Hernandez) relative to establishing the City's position on implementing an alternative methodology for determining the subsidy reimbursement rates for child care providers.
11. 11 CLA to report and Resolution (Blumenfield - McOsker) relative to establishing the City's position on Assembly Bill 535 (Schiavo), which would restore legal protections for victims and witnesses in the criminal justice system, at all stages of the process.
12. 12 CLA to report and Resolution (Blumenfield, Jurado – Hernandez) relative to establishing the City's position on Senate Bill 239 (Arreguin) that would amend the Ralph M. Brown Act to authorize the use of teleconferencing for subsidiary, purely advisory bodies.
13. 13 CLA to report and Resolution (Soto-Martinez – Rodriguez) relative to establishing the City's position on Assembly Bill 1537, would prohibit secondary employment for peace officers with any entity that assists with or engages in immigration enforcement.
14. 14 Resolution (Raman, Nazarian – Rodriguez) relative to the proposed alternatives described in the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Sepulveda Transit Corridor Project.
