4. 4 Motion (Padilla – Hernandez) relative to instructing the Department of Animal Services to report on costs and potential funding sources needed to invest in large transport vehicles and personnel to expand the Department's ability to host and participate in more Pet Fair events, community resource and health fairs, and other City-sponsored events throughout the City.
5. 5 Motion (Jurado – Rodriguez) relative to the feasibility of developing a pilot program to further activate Department of Recreation and Parks facilities in Council District 14 as evening art and cultural gallery spaces focused on creative expression, cultural exchange, and Know Your Rights education.
