2. 2 Department of Aging report relative to the acceptance of additional grant funds from the California Department of Aging under Memorandum of Understanding No. AAA-2425-25, approval of the Area Plan Budget amendment, and authority to negotiate and execute amendments to Agreements for Older Americans Act related services. 3. 3 City Administrative Officer report relative to a Contract with ICF Jones & Stokes, Inc. for Section 106 Historic Preservation Services.
4. 4 City Administrative Officer report relative to a contract with the Young Men's Christian Association of Metropolitan Los Angeles; amending the contract with Citibank, N.A.; and executing a Memorandum of Agreement with the Los Angeles County and Los Angeles Unified School District for the OpportunityLA Program.
5. 5 City Administrative Officer report relative to accepting funds for the Child Passenger Safety Program and funds for the Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program from the State of California Office of Traffic Safety.
6. 6 Department on Disability report relative to the resources needed, including staffing and other expenses, to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations and requirements for large scale events, including the 2026 World Cup and the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and whether these expenses could be reimbursed by the LA2028 Agreement in response to the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget Recommendation.
7. 7 Department on Disability report relative to the staffing needs for Department on Disability and Information Technology Agency to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act Final Rule on web and mobile application accessibility requirements by the April 2026 deadline in response to the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget Recommendation.
