8. 8 Los Angeles Housing Department report relative to establishing a process to assess and report on trends related to the concentration of ownership and corporatization of the City's housing stock that may negatively impact renters, limit small landlord ownership opportunities, and limit first-time homebuyer opportunities.

11. 11 Motion (Lee – Raman) relative to requesting the Los Angeles Housing Department and various agencies to report on whether U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements related to acuity-based prioritization are directly aligned with the prioritization system within the Coordinated Entry System; the factors that affect vacancy rates in permanent supportive housing; the Coordinated Entry System Triage Tool Research and Refinement (CESTTRR); and related matters.
