5. 5 Motion (Padilla for Yaroslavsky – Lee) relative to authorizing the necessary permits to allow for the demolition of the single family residence and accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at 9019 Monte Mar Drive, given the presence of black mold within the structures, and to allow for the desired rebuilding of the single family residence with an attached junior ADU, in conformance with all applicable City codes. 6. 6 Motion (Park – Nazarian) relative to the feasibility of developing affordable housing on the Los Angeles Department of Transportation's (LADOT) Parking Lot 701 to address critical housing needs in Council District 11; and the steps needed to create a cohesive mobility hub on LADOT's Parking Lot 731.
