6. 7 Motion (Rodriguez - McOsker, Jurado) relative to instructing the Civil + Human Rights and Equity Department, with the assistance of the City Attorney and the Community Investment for Families Department, to report on the feasibility of establishing an online intake system to collect personal testimony, written or recorded, from impacted individuals or witnesses of federal immigration enforcement actions in the City, to potentially be used in court actions in response to violations of civil and constitutional rights and temporary restraining orders.
