  3. 3 CLA to report and Resolution (McOsker – Soto-Martinez) relative to establishing the City's position on Senate Bill (SB) 34 (Richardson), which emphasizes voluntary agreements among ports, cities, and the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) to advance environmental goals.
  4. 4 CLA to report and Resolution (Rodriguez – Padilla, et al.) relative to establishing the City's position on S. 2212 (Padilla), the Visible Identification Standards for Immigration-Based Law Enforcement (VISIBLE) Act of 2025, which would require immigration enforcement officers to display clearly visible identification and prohibit them from wearing non-medical face coverings during public-facing immigration enforcement actions.
