1. 1 Motion (McOsker, Padilla for Park – Blumenfield) relative to a review of the current structure, operation, and budgeting process of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, the Port of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles World Airports.
2. 2 Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA) to report and Resolution (Rodriguez – Soto-Martinez, Jurado) relative to establishing the City's position on any legislative and/or administrative action that would increase the annual cap for U nonimmigrant status visas in the United States.
3. 3 CLA to report and Resolution (McOsker – Soto-Martinez) relative to establishing the City's position on Senate Bill (SB) 34 (Richardson), which emphasizes voluntary agreements among ports, cities, and the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) to advance environmental goals.
4. 4 CLA to report and Resolution (Rodriguez – Padilla, et al.) relative to establishing the City's position on S. 2212 (Padilla), the Visible Identification Standards for Immigration-Based Law Enforcement (VISIBLE) Act of 2025, which would require immigration enforcement officers to display clearly visible identification and prohibit them from wearing non-medical face coverings during public-facing immigration enforcement actions.
5. 5 CLA to report and Resolution (Rodriguez – Padilla, et al.), the No Masks for ICE Act, which would require immigration enforcement agents to wear clearly marked clothing displaying their name and affiliation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and prohibit them from wearing facial coverings during enforcement actions.
6. 6 CLA to report and Resolution (Rodriguez – Raman) relative to establishing the City's position on reforming the Uniform Commercial Code system.
7. 7 CLA to report and Resolution (Hernandez – Yaroslavsky, et al.) relative to establishing the City's position on H.R. 4759 (Gomez), the Ban Military Drones Spying on Civilians Act.
8. 8 CLA to report and Resolution (Blumenfield, Padilla – Hutt) relative to establishing the City's position on proposed cuts in the budget for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
9. 9 Motion (McOsker, Yaroslavsky – Raman) relative to conducting a comprehensive, multi-year evaluation of alternative legal service models for the City.
10. 10 CLA to report and Resolution (Park – Blumenfield) relative to establishing the City's position on Senate Bill 749 (Allen - Wahab), which would amend the Civil Code and the Government Code to preserve mobile home parks and protect mobile home park residents.
11. 11 City Ethics Commission report relative to the proposed new Conflict of Interest Code (COI) for the Community Investment for Families Department.
12. 12 City Attorney report and ordinance relative to relative to amending the Los Angeles Administrative Code (LAAC) to increase the maximum inter-departmental transfer amount.
13. 13 City Attorney report and ordinance relative to amending the Los Angeles Administrative Code to set the threshold requirement for Council approval of Los Angeles World Airports contracts.
14. 14 Los Angeles Charter Reform Commission report relative to its outreach and engagement plan.
