1. 1 City Administrative Officer report relative to the final direction on the Los Angeles Convention Center Expansion and Modernization Project and finding that the project was assessed in the previously certified Convention and Event Center Project Environmental Impact Report (EIR), and that pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Sections 15162 and 15164 and the First Addendum and Joint Analysis, dated December 2021, and Second Addendum, dated August 2025, that no major revisions to the EIR are required and no subsequent EIR is required for approval of the project; an
2. 2 Motion (McOsker, Price – Hutt) and City Tourism Department report relative to an Extended Negotiating Agreement with the AEG and the Plenary Group; and related matters.
3. 3 City Attorney report and draft Ordinance relative to amending Section 8.149.1 of Chapter 11 of Division 8 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code to remove reference to the novel coronavirus pandemic and extend the operative end date to 2028.
4. 4 Economic and Workforce Development Department report relative to a transition plan to assist workers affected by the Phillips 66 Refinery closure.
5. 5 Joint City Administrative Officer and Department of Recreation and Parks report relative to an economic overview of comparable wages and benefits for the City's park activity monitors and film monitors, compared to the film industry, and related matters.
