1. 1 Mayor report relative to the appointment of Domenika Lynch as the permanent General Manager, Department of El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument.
2. 2 Board of Recreation and Parks Commissioners report relative to the condition of all existing skateparks in the City, and identification of funds for a consultant team to develop a strategic plan or master plan for identifying sites for new skateparks, and related matters.
3. 3 Department of Recreation and Parks report relative to the management and promotion of all youth and student golf play on public parkland owned by the City, and related matters.
4. 4 Motion (Nazarian – Rodriguez – McOsker) relative to instructing the Department of Recreation and Parks to set the operating hours for Verdugo Mountain Park, located East of Sunland, South of La Tuna Canyon Road in Los Angeles, CA 91352, to open at Sunrise and close at Sunset, and related matters.
5. 5 Department of Animal Services report relative to executing a revocable Right Of Entry license with The Lange Foundation to donate free animal intervention services for the public and their animals and to use the premises at the Chesterfield Square/South Los Angeles Animal Services Center to provide said services.
6. 6 Department of Animal Services report relative to the donation of spay/neuter services and the execution of a revocable Right Of Entry license with the San Diego Humane Society to park one mobile spay/neuter clinic vehicle for the purpose of providing spay/neuter surgeries exclusively for unowned dogs and cats in the Department's custody and care at all six of the Department's animal services centers.
7. 7 City Administrative Officer report relative to executing a Right-of-Entry License Agreement with The Rescue Train to park one spay and neuter clinic vehicle at the East Valley Animal Services Center, located at 14409 Vanowen Street, Van Nuys, CA 91405, in Council District 6, to provide spay/neuter services to the Department and the public.
8. 8 City Administrative Officer report relative to executing a Right-of-Entry License Agreement with Animal Balance, a non-profit animal welfare organization, to provide spay/neuter services at the City's six Animal Service Centers.
9. 9 L.A. For Kids Steering Committee report relative to the annual financial status report for the Healthy Alternatives to Smoking (HATS) Fund for Fiscal Year 2024-25.
10. 10 L.A. For Kids Steering Committee report, dated June 27, 2025, relative to the Parks First Trust Fund Annual Financial Report regarding expenditures and receipts.
11. 11 Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners report relative to entering into the California Department of Education, California State Preschool Program Fiscal Year 2025-26 Local Agreement for Child Development Services Contract CSPP-5169, to receive grant funds.
12. 12 Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners report relative to authorizing the Department of Recreation and Parks to enter into and accepting the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 Local Agreement for Child Development Services Contract CCTR-5104 for subsidized preschool services at licensed preschools.
