5. 5 Proposition HHH (Prop HHH) Administrative Oversight Committee report relative to decommitting funding for the Hope on 6th Project located at 576 West 6th Street in Council District 15 from the Prop HHH Fiscal Year 2020-21 Project Expenditure Plan and increasing the Prop HHH uncommitted balance.
6. 6 Proposition HHH (Prop HHH) Administrative Oversight Committee report relative to the First and Second Quarterly Reports for Prop HHH Fiscal Year 2024-25, (July 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024).

8. 8 Motion (Raman – Yaroslavsky) relative to identifying funding for a cash flow loan in the amount of $9,620,151 for quarter two funding requested by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority. (This item is referred to the Housing and Homelessness and the Budget and Finance Committees)
9. 9 Motion (Rodriguez – Blumenfield) relative to a transfer of funds from the Foreclosure Relocation Program fund to the Tenant Relocation Assistance Program fund to pay the relocation benefits and to prevent the tenants previously occupying the property located at 8530 West La Tuna Canyon Road in Council District Seven from becoming homeless, due to the unsafe and uninhabitable conditions at the property.
