2. 2 Los Angeles Department of Transportation report relative to an overview of parking fines and fees levied by the City of Los Angeles; and related actions.
3. 3 Los Angeles Police Department report relative to relative to the feasibility of the City utilizing the California Courts Protective Order Registry.
4. 4 Board of Police Commissioners report relative to an overview of U-Visas.
5. 5 Motion (Rodriguez – Padilla, et al.) relative to department protocols followed to monitor and respond to federal immigration activity, and legal remedies against federal agencies that violate the constitutional rights of residents within the City.
6. 6 Motion (Soto-Martínez - Nazarian) relative to partnering with Los Angeles labor unions and immigrants' rights community based organizations to develop best practices, protocols, and trainings for City staff, contractors, and volunteers to serve as marshals or stewards that can proactively engage with community members participating in protest activity.
7. 7 Motion (Soto-Martínez - Park) relative to Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs and Department of Internal Services reports regarding Preventing Human Trafficking in the Wake of Natural Disasters, and recommendations on how the City can coordinate with the County's existing efforts to combat human trafficking in the wake of the January 2025 wildfires.
8. 8 Motion (Hernandez, Blumenfield - Padilla, et al.) relative to requesting the City Attorney to draft an ordinance requiring Los Angeles Police Department officers to verify the identity of any individual claiming to be a law enforcement officer when requested by a person who is the subject of the enforcement action and is seeking assistance from LAPD.
9. 9 Motion (Rodriguez - Padilla, et al.) relative to drafting a formal Freedom of Information Act request to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to seek records that provide transparency into federal immigration enforcement activity within the City since January 1, 2025.
10. 10 Motion (Blumenfield, Hernandez - McOsker) relative to amending relevant sections of the Los Angeles Municipal Code to maximize any fines and fees associated with impersonating a federal, state, or local law enforcement agent, to intimidate or harass, threaten individual persons or property, or any other method that could be used by an individual to coerce a person or persons under the false pretense of being a public safety officer.
11. 11 Motion (Soto-Martínez, Jurado - McOsker) relative to the local impacts of federal policies targeting LGBTQIA+ people, including access to gender-affirming care, HIV and STD prevention and treatment services, housing and shelter access, and mental health support.
