1. 1 Board of Fire Commissioners (BFC) report relative to authorizing the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) to execute a proposed agreement with Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc., to provide routine and emergency hazardous waste management services at LAFD facilities. [On May 6, 2025, the City Council adopted Motion (McOsker - Padilla) to assert jurisdiction over the BFC's action of May 6, 2025, pursuant to City Charter Section 245, in approving the agreement between the LAFD and Clean Harbors, BFC File No. 25-019.]
2. 2 Motion (Lee - Rodriguez) relative to directing the Emergency Management Department to coordinate with relevant City Departments to develop and implement a comprehensive pre-event Emergency Standby Services contract to enhance the City's disaster response capabilities.
3. 3 Motion (Lee - McOsker) relative to requesting the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) to report on what existing firefighting infrastructure exists within the footprint of the Chatsworth Nature Preserve, and instruct the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) in coordination with LADWP to report on potential fire-related infrastructure improvements within the preserve; and related matters.
4. 4 Motion (Lee - Rodriguez) relative to instructing the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) and the City's Community Forest Advisory Committee to report to Council on the State's proposed regulations, and recommendations to better tailor those proposed regulations to allow for better integration of biodiversity and ecological health in fire mitigation planning.

6. 6 Board of Fire Commissioners (BFC) report relative to accepting in-kind donations by the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation for various purchases and items received from donors through the Foundation as part of the Adopt-A-Fire-Station program, valued at approximately $5,504,503.15 to the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD).
7. 7 Board of Fire Commissioners (BFC) report relative to acceptance of an in-kind donation valued at $5,733.00 from the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation of a refrigerator for Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Fire Station 18.
