1. 1 City Administrative Officer report relative to executing an interagency agreement between the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) and the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) for the LAHD to provide professional environmental services.
2. 2 City Administrative Officer report relative to extending interim housing periods, reducing loan amounts and amending legal documents for Project Homekey1 Program projects; and related matters.
3. 3 City Administrative Officer and City Attorney reports relative to the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Los Angeles County (County) Criminal Record Clearing Project grant acceptance packet for support of the County Homeless Court Program administered by the City Attorney’s Homeless Engagement and Response Team (HEART). (This item is referred to the Housing and Homelessness and the Budget and Finance Committees)
4. 4 Los Angeles Housing Department report relative to implementing a Fast Track Solutions Loan Program for approved housing projects.
5. 5 Los Angeles Housing Department report relative to projects under the Prohousing Incentive Program and awards for selected projects under the Micro Operational Reserve Replenishment Pilot Program.
6. 6 Motion (Raman – Soto-Martinez, Yaroslavsky) relative to identifying data silos and databases within City departments and programs that may have a nexus to homelessness; which data could be linked to the Homeless Management Information System and/or shared with the County of Los Angeles; incorporating data sharing as appropriate; and utilizing Measure A data and accountability funds for data collection, standardization and sharing.
7. 7 Motion (Nazarian – Soto-Martinez, et al.) relative to requesting a report on the number of homes owned by limited liability companies and corporations in the City; options for a ballot measure that would place a tax on corporations that own a significant number of single-family homes; and other municipalities that have similar taxes and the revenue that is collected from those taxes.
