1. 1 Chief Legislative Analyst report and Resolution (Nazarian - Padilla) to include in the City's 2025-26 State Legislative Program support for Senate Bill 630 (Allen) which would amend, update, and modernize California's Film and Television Tax Credit Program.
2. 2 Chief Legislative Analyst report and Resolution (Nazarian - Park) to include in the City's 2025-26 State Legislative Program support for Assembly Bill 1138 (Zbur - Bryan), which would amend, update, and modernize California's Film and Television Tax Credit Program.
3. 3 Chief Legislative Analyst report and Resolution (Nazarian - Blumenfield) to include in the City's 2025-26 State Legislative Program opposition to any legislation that seeks to undermine the City's jurisdictional control over its utility assets.
4. 4 Chief Legislative Analsyt report and Resolution (Nazarian - Hernandez) to include in the City's 2025-26 Federal Legislative Program Federal Legislative Program support for the Water Conservation Rebate Tax Parity Act and similar state or federal legislation that provides tax exclusions for financial incentives issued by a local water agency for participation in water conservation, water use efficiency and/or storm water runoff improvement programs.
5. 5 Chief Legislative Analyst report and Resolution (Padilla - Blumenfield) relative to including in the City's 2025-26 State Legislative Program a position on Assembly Bill 467 (Fong), which would extend the authorization for Neighborhood Councils to use alternate teleconferencing provisions to conduct meetings remotely until January 1, 2031.
6. 6 Chief Legislative Analyst report and Resolution (Blumenfield – Nazarian) to include in the City's 2025-26 State Legislative Program support for Senate Bill 279 (McNerney), which will expand composting capacity on farms and in communities, divert more food scraps from landfills, and provide California growers with a climate-friendly alternative to open burning.
7. 7 Chief Legislative Analyst report and Resolution (Rodriguez - Lee) relative to relative to including in the City's 2025-26 State Legislative Program a position on Assembly Bill 476 (Gonzalez) which would regulate the purchase and sale of nonferrous metals by junk dealers and recyclers.
8. 8 Chief Legislative Analyst report and Resolution (Raman – Jurado) to include in the City's 2025-26 State Legislative Program support for Senate Bill 71 (Wiener), which would make permanent the statutory California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) exemptions for transit and active transportation projects that advance the state's climate, safety, and public health goals, while improving access and mobility options.
