14. 14 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (RAMAN - YAROSLAVSKY) relative to executing a new sole-source contract with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and encumbering funds from the House LA Fund for continued eviction defense, homelessness prevention, and tenant outreach and education services.
