3. 3 Motion (Yaroslavsky – Blumenfield) relative to releasing Westwood Presbyterian Church, located at 10822 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90024, from the Covenant and Agreement recorded on April 21, 1982 (Recorded Document No. 82-413151) with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder.
4. 4 Motion (Rodriguez – Lee) relative to instructing the Department of City Planning, with the assistance of the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, and in consultation with the City Attorney, to prepare and present a report with recommendations, and corresponding proposed ordinance to establish development standards that enable the use of storage containers for the purposes of equestrian equipment storage in the ‘K‘ Overlay Zones; and related matters.
