2. 2 Motion (McOsker – Hutt) relative to an annual plan of projects to be submitted for Measure M funding application cycles specific to Council District 15, within the South Bay Council of Governments.
3. 3 Motion (Park – Nazarian) relative to the feasibility of developing affordable housing on Parking Lot 701, addressing critical housing needs in Council District 11, and the steps needed to create a cohesive mobility hub, inclusive of car share, bike share, micro-mobility, shuttle service, transit store, etc., on Parking Lot 731.
4. 4 City Attorney report, dated November 15, 2024, and joint report from the Los Angeles Department of Transportation, Department of City Planning, Bureau of Engineering, and Bureau of Street Services, dated November 14, 2024, relative to a draft Ordinance amending the Los Angeles Administrative Code and the Los Angeles Municipal Code for the implementation of Measure HLA, the Los Angeles Safe Streets for All Initiative, and implementation of Mobility Plan 2035 community engagement policies and guidelines.
5. 5 Budget Recommendation relative to developing an implementation plan for Measure Healthy Streets LA (HLA) that will leverage existing funds, attract new grant funding, and determine least-cost/best-fit street interventions for the mandated elements of the Mobility Plan.
6. 6 Budget Recommendation relative to realigning positions and programs within the Los Angeles Department of Transportation to create a unit that focuses on traffic calming and other safety improvements to implement the Mobility Plan's network neighborhood.
7. 7 Los Angeles Department of Transportation report relative to streamlining, accelerating and reducing wait times for the design, construction, and implementation of transportation infrastructure projects.
8. 8 Verbal update from the General Manager, Los Angeles Department of Transportation, relative to the status of the 2028 Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games Transportation Plan.
