1. 1 City Attorney reports and Ordinances relative to amending the Los Angeles Municipal Code to provide tax relief to local businesses impacted by the January 2025 wildfires.
2. 2 Motion (Hutt – McOsker – Hernandez) relative to transferring / appropriating from the Unappropriated Balance Fund (Department Payroll Reconciliation) to the Department of Transportation Fund (Salaries As-Needed) for continuing the same level of crossing guard services for the remainder of the school year.
3. 3 Motion (Lee – Blumenfield) relative to a total of $4.4 million in fund transfers in Los Angeles Fire Department accounts to address shortfalls in various sworn and civilian salary accounts.

City of Los Angeles , Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV34800. (This matter arises from a December 2022 California Public Records Act (CPRA) request, which was submitted by the organization Stop LAPD Spying Coalition to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) seeking a "current roster of all LAPD officers" with the following information for each officer: "name, serial number, ethnicity, gender, a
