  2. 2 Categorical Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article 19, Section 15308, Class 8, and Article 19, Section 15331, Class 31 of the State CEQA Guidelines, and report from the Cultural Heritage Commission relative to the inclusion of Krotona Court and the Grand Temple of the Rosy Cross, located at 2122 - 2130 North Vista Del Mar Avenue; and 6110 West Primrose Avenue, in the list of Historic-Cultural Monuments.
  3. 3 Motion (Blumenfield - Price) relative to instructing the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, with the assistance of the Department of City Planning, the Bureau of Engineering, in consultation with the City Attorney, to prepare a report with recommendations that explains the differences between a remodel; major renovation; and a demolition project, and which reviews the existing practices and ordinances of other cities in Los Angeles County, and related matters.

  6. 6 Motion (Raman - Blumenfield) relative to instructing the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety and Department of City Planning to report with options for a Citywide self-certification program to directly or indirectly expedite permits for residential, commercial, and mixed-use development, and related matters.
  7. 7 Motion (Yaroslavsky - Harris-Dawson) relative to instructing the Department of City Planning, in consultation with the City Attorney to propose revisions to the Los Angeles Municipal Code section 12.80 in order to harmonize with the definition of "Homeless Shelter" found in the California Government Code Section 8698.4(c)1.
