3. 3 Motion (Jurado – Hernandez) relative to an analysis of streetlight outages, an assessment of streetlights that are suitable for solar street light conversions, recommendations for short-term repairs and long-term strategies to enhance reliability and sustainability, and a timeline for potential implementation in Council District 14.
4. 4 Motion (De Leon - Price) relative to installing a sign stating: "KOURAKU: AMERICA'S OLDEST RAMEN SHOP STILL IN OPERATION 314 E 2ND ST., LA ESTABLISHED IN 1976", on the streetlight pole located at 314 East 2nd Street in Downtown Los Angeles.
5. 5 Motion (Hernandez – Soto-Martínez) relative to updates to CARE/CARE+ scheduling and operational protocols in order to protect people experiencing homelessness as well as various employees who could be harmed due to extreme weather. 6. 6 Motion (Hernandez - Price) relative to conducting and reporting on listening and resource sessions for sidewalk vendors including the development of a map that shows where sidewalk vending can occur in Council District One.
7. 7 Motion (Price - Park) relative to the negotiated payment for City services from the Recording Academy associated with the holding of the Grammy Awards at the Crypto.com Arena.
