3. 3 Motion (Hutt - McOsker) relative to approving the Prop HHH funding commitment for three projects and adding them to the Fiscal Year 2020-21 Proposition HHH Project Expenditure Plan.
4. 4 City Administrative Officer and the Los Angeles Housing Department reports and revised Resolution relative to a request for authority to issue tax-exempt and taxable multifamily conduit revenue bonds or notes for the Thatcher Yard Housing, a 98-unit supportive housing project located at 3233 South Thatcher Avenue in Council District 11.
5. 5 Municipal Facilities Committee report relative to authorizing the Department of General Services to negotiate and execute an agreement between the City, the Highland Gardens Hotel owner, Baklayan and Baklayan Family 2000 Trust, and People Assisting the Homeless (PATH), for the purpose of taking over lease payments from PATH and making payments directly to the Hotel owner, effective July 1, 2024.

8. 8 Motion (Blumenfield - Hernandez) relative to directing the Chief Legislative Analyst with the assistance of the City Administrative Officer and Department on Disability, to report on models of Contingency Management treatment programs and provide recommendations on the resources necessary to develop a voluntary Contingency Management pilot program at City interim housing sites.
9. 9 Exemption, City Attorney report and Ordinance relative to a revised draft Ordinance adding Article 6 to Chapter XVI of the Los Angeles Municipal Code to establish Right to Counsel program.
10. 10 City Administrative Officer verbal report relative to Housing and Homelessness recommendation from its meeting on November 6, 2024 regarding clarifying the source of funds for the existing bed rate increases, and identifying funds to potentially increase the nightly bed rate.
