1. 1 Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners report relative to the approval of the first amendment to Agreement No. 4099 with the Pete Brown Junior Tennis Program to expand the premises to allow the installation of an equipment shed; and categorical exemption from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article 19, Sections 15301 and 15311, and Article III, Section 1, Class 1(14) and Class 11(6) of the City of Los Angeles CEQA Guidelines.
