2. 2 Board of Airport Commissioners report relative to the approval of the Second Amendment to Contract DA-5569 with W.E. O'Neil Construction Co. of California to cover the construction services for the Midfield Satellite Concourse South Project at Los Angeles International Airport; and administrative exemption from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2(i) of the City of Los Angeles CEQA Guidelines.
