1. 1 Department of City Planning report dated June 4, 2024, relative to the 2023 Annual Progress Reports on implementation of the General Plan and the Housing Element and verbal update from the Department of City Planning on the current state of housing construction in the City of Los Angeles that includes an analysis of market barriers, local strategies, and future outlooks, alongside a comparison of statewide trends. Related to Council file No. 21-1230.
2. 2 Motion (Raman, Harris-Dawson - Soto-Martinez) relative to requesting the City Attorney, with the Los Angeles Housing Department and any other relevant departments, prepare and present a draft ordinance to amend the Tenant Anti-Harassment Ordinance (Ordinance No. 187109) with the changes consistent with state and federal statutes.
3. 3 Joint Report from Department of City Planning, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Street Services, and Economic and Workforce Development Department relative to current programs and potential approaches to create more affordable and sustainable residential and mixed-use opportunities on commercial infill sites.
4. 4 Resolution (Krekorian – Raman) relative to appointing the City Administrative Officer (CAO), or designee, to the Los Angeles Continuum of Care Board

7. 7 Motion (McOsker – Blumenfield) relative to instructing the CAO, with assistance from the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority and the Department of General Services, to report with a site analysis of the San Pedro Navigation Center, located at 2175 John S. Gibson Boulevard.
