12. 12 Motion (Hernandez – Yaroslavsky) relative to a full audit of all existing free, publicly accessible bathrooms, water fountains, and hydration stations under the jurisdiction of the Department of Recreation and Parks, and the Los Angeles Public Library, including but not limited to location of each bathroom/water fountain/hydration station, including facility name, address, and Council District.
13. 13 Motion (Rodriguez – Hernandez) relative to the recommendations for establishing a permanent memorial at Sunland Park, proposal for alternate forms of memorialization or marker of the California Grizzly, its associated costs, and recommendations for securing funding from philanthropic donations or grants to support its creation and related matters.
