REPAIR Innovation Fund to regularize its annual participatory budgeting process for L.A. REPAIR, a process to create or modify L.A. REPAIR Zones, a method to allocate funding amongst L.A. REPAIR Zones, and a strategy to gather input from community organizations and direct service providers with expertise in budget advocacy on any recommendations to improve the City's participatory budgeting process.
