- 11 CONSIDERATION OF THE MAYOR'S VETO MESSAGE, upon receipt, pursuant to Charter Section 315. The Council has five days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, upon receipt of the Mayor's veto to overcome such action of the Mayor relative to any item or items of the budget.
