1. 1 Board of Water and Power Commissioners report relative to the appointment of Janisse Quinones as General Manager of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.
2. 2 Bureau of Sanitation report relative to the rate adjustments for the Clean Water Program.
3. 3 Department of Water and Power report relative to the feasibility of an E-bike subsidy program with qualifications similar to existing federal, state, and local rebates for electric vehicles (EVs) and residential EV charging stations.
4. 4 Motion (Yaroslavsky – Harris-Dawson) relative to denying any further requests from the Pacific Coast Energy Company, LP to initiate a new franchise agreement for the transport of oil/gas through pipeline infrastructure connected to the West Pico Drill Site, and related matters.
5. 5 Motion (Blumenfield – Padilla – Rodriguez – Yaroslavsky) realtive to the presence of Polyfluoroalkyl / Perfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) and other similar contaminants identified by EPA, and the PFAS Roadmap Action Plan, and provide information on testing and actions that the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is undertaking to continue to ensure safe potable drinking water for the City, and related matters.
6. 6 City Attorney report and draft Ordinance relative to amending Section 5.594(b) of Chapter 188, Division 5 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code to allow the Measure W - Safe, Clean Water Municipal Program Special Fund to receive funds from other sources in addition to the Los Angeles County Safe, Clean Water Municipal Program.
7. 7 City Administrative Officer report relative to authorizing the Department of Recreation and Parks and Board of Public Works to prepare and submit grant application for the California Governor's Office of Planning and Research, Integrated Climate Adaptation and Resiliency Program, Extreme Heating and Community Resiliency Program Round 1, for Fiscal Year 2023-24.
