  4. 4 Motion (Yaroslavsky – Harris-Dawson) relative to denying any further requests from the Pacific Coast Energy Company, LP to initiate a new franchise agreement for the transport of oil/gas through pipeline infrastructure connected to the West Pico Drill Site, and related matters.

  7. 7 City Administrative Officer report relative to authorizing the Department of Recreation and Parks and Board of Public Works to prepare and submit grant application for the California Governor's Office of Planning and Research, Integrated Climate Adaptation and Resiliency Program, Extreme Heating and Community Resiliency Program Round 1, for Fiscal Year 2023-24.
