1. 1 Bureau of Sanitation report relative to the Annual Community and Municipal Greenhouse Gas Inventory to inform progress towards meeting the City's climate change goals; and related matters.
2. 2 Motion (Soto-Martinez – Blumenfield) relative to the instruction for the Bureau of Sanitation (BOS) to report on the services within the geographic areas covered by Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), or its designated waste hauler, as compared to the service levels provided outside of BID areas, including but not limited to, how many tons of refuse the BOS collects, and related matters.
3. 3 Motion (Lee – Yaroslavsky) relative to the request for the Sunshine Canyon Landfill Local Enforcement Agency, Republic Services, and the Bureau of Sanitation, to report on the status of addressing the current complaints about odors emitting from the landfill facility, and explain the root causes of the odors, and what steps are being implemented to address them.
4. 4 City Administrative Officer report relative to authorizing the Board of Public Works to execute the proposed Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. C-133194 with Walsh Construction Company II, for the design, construction, and operation of an Advanced Water Purification Facility at the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant.
5. 5 Board of Water and Power Commissioners report relative to Board Resolution No. 024 146 - Power Revenue Fund Receipts and Appropriations Budget and Associated Schedules, and Board Resolution No. 024 139 - Water Revenue Fund Receipts and Appropriations Budget and Associated Schedules, in connection with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power's Preliminary 2024-25 Budget.
