2. 2 Motion (Park – Hernandez) relative to the feasibility of granting community councils the same privileges as those afforded to neighborhood councils under Los Angeles Administrative Code Section 22.819 and related matters.
3. 3 Resolution (Raman – Yaroslavksy) relative to including in the City's 2023-24 Federal Legislative Program support for the permanent protections of the San Gabriel Mountains Foothills and Rivers with federal designations and/or the use of Presidential authority under the Antiquities Act.
4. 4 Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA) report and Resolution (Soto – Martinez – Raman et al.) relative to including in the City's 2023-24 State Legislative Program support for Senate Bill 915, The Autonomous Vehicle Service Deployment and Data Transparency Act , which would prioritize local control in the decision to deploy autonomous vehicle services.
5. 5 CLA report and Resolution (Krekorian – Raman) relative to including in its 2023-24 State Legislative Program support for any legislation or administrative action that would continue or increase the funding and implementation of the State's Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Grant Program.
6. 6 CLA report and Resolution (Rodriguez – Padilla – Krekorian) relative to including in the City's 2023-24 State Legislative Program support for SB 1193 (Menjivar), which would prohibit the sale of leaded aviation gasoline by January 1, 2030, at latest.
7. 7 CLA report and Resolution (Rodriguez – Soto-Martinez) relative to including in the City's 2023-24 State Legislative Program support for AB 2550 (Gabriel), which would allow small neighborhood restaurants to operate without drinking fountains, allow small businesses to operate without separate gender restrooms and instead allow gender-neutral restrooms, and provide clarity on required protective services for outdoor food preparation.
8. 8 CLA report and Resolution (McOsker – Harris Dawson) relative to including in the City's 2023-24 State Legislative Program support for AB 2754 (Rendon), which would extend the protections of California Labor Code Section 2810 and the dual liability of employers and contractors to contracts with motor carriers.
9. 9 Resolution (Blumenfield – Hernandez) relative to including in the City's 2023-24 Federal Legislative Program support for HR 7018 (Lieu), the Glue Trap Prohibition Act of 2024, which would prohibit the sale and use of glue traps.
10. 10 Resolution (Soto-Martinez – Blumenfield) relative to including in the City's 2023-24 State Legislative Program support for SB 895 (Roth), which would require the Chancellor of the California Community Colleges to develop a Nursing Pilot Program that authorizes select community college districts to offer a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.

Brown Act to authorize the Los Angeles City Council and other legal legislative bodies to permit subsidiary, purely advisory bodies to meet by teleconference, subject to provisions for public participation.
13. 13 CLA report and Resolution (Yaroslavsky – McOsker) relative to including in the City's 2024-25 State Legislative Program support for Assembly Bill 2835 (Gabriel) to extend the January 2025 sunset included in AB 1991 (Chapter 645 of the Statutes of 2022).
14. 14 City Administrative Officer report relative to the disbandment of the Seismic Governance Committee.
15. 15 City Attorney report and Ordinance relative to amending Los Angeles Administrative Code Section 7.66 to allow the City to raise the Progress Pride Flag in City facilities.
16. 16 Resolution (Blumenfield – Lee) relative to including in the City's 2023-24 State Legislative Program support for SB 1509 (Stern), the Negligent Operator Treatment in California Act, which seeks to specify that a conviction of driving 26 mph or higher over the posted speed limit would count as a two-point violation, instead of one-point, in order to mitigate reckless driving and speed-related collisions.
17. 17 City Ethics Commission report relative to Charter Section 803(c) adjustments to Los Angeles Unified School District contribution limits.
18. 18 CLA report relative to including in the City's 2023-24 State Legislative Program opposition to Senate Bill (SB) 1249 (Roth) to provide counties the option to assume control of local Area Agencies on Aging.
19. 19 Resolution (Rodriguez - Raman) relative to including in the City's 2023-24 State Legislative Program support for legislation and/or administrative action which would ensure that homeowners in areas of the State threatened by wildfires can obtain adequate homeowner's insurance without relying on the California FAIR plan, including potential legislation to create an entity to provide fire insurance for California residents modeled after the California Earthquake Authority.
