1. 1 City Attorney report, draft Charter amendment, election ordinance, and ballot resolutions necessary to place the charter amendment establishing an independent redistricting commission for the City of Los Angeles, on the ballot at the City's General Municipal Election; and draft ordinance adding provisions to the Administrative Code to implement the establishment and operation of the Commission should the Charter amendment be approved by the voters.
2. 2 Chief Legislative Analyst report relative to amending the City Charter to create an Independent Redistricting Commission for the Los Angeles Unified School District.
3. 3 Department of City Planning report relative to increasing transparency and reforming the land use approval process.
4. 4 Chief Legislative Analyst report relative to the proposed creation of a Charter Reform Commission and the City Ethics Commission report relative to recommendations on charter reform.
