2. 2 Board of Airport Commissioners (BOAC) report relative to authorizing amendments to certain 14 In-Terminal Concession Agreements with Areas USA LAX, LLC, Crews Hospitality, LLC, DN/Dakota JME, Host International Inc., and Hudson Group, to extend their terms to June 30, 2029, covering concessions in Terminals 4, 5, 7, and 8 at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX); and categorical exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article III, Class I (18)(c) of the City of Los Angeles CEQA Guidelines.
3. 3 Board of Airport Commissioners (BOAC) report relative to 15 proposed five-year Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)'s covering on-call program services supporting Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA)'s Capital Improvement Plan and other key initiatives at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Van Nuys (VNY), and Palmdale (PMD) Landholdings; and administrative exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2(f) of the City of Los Angeles CEQA Guidelines.
4. 4 Board of Harbor Commissioners report relative to proposed Agreement No. 24-10007 between the Port of Los Angeles (POLA) and Yusen Terminals, LLC to implement a zero-emission yard tractor demonstration project for three years; and administrative exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2(i) of the City of Los Angeles CEQA Guidelines.
5. 5 City Clerk report and Ordinance of Intention relative to renewing the Highland Park Business Improvement District (Property Based) for a proposed ten-year term beginning January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2034.
6. 6 City Clerk report and Ordinance of Intention relative to renewing the Hollywood Media District Business Improvement District (Property Based) for a proposed ten-year term beginning January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2034.
7. 7 Motion (Harris-Dawson - McOsker) relative to authorizing the Economic and Workforce Development Department (EWDD) to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of the Lanzit Industrial Site located at 10901 South Clovis Avenue and authority to seek an exemption to the Surplus Land Act for the Lanzit Industrial Site from the State Department of Housing and Community Development.
8. 8 Motion (Padilla - Rodriguez) relative to instructing the Economic and Workforce Development Department (EWDD) to evaluate certain corridors in Council District 6 for Jobs and Economic Incentive (JEDI) Zone programs.
9. 9 Motion (McOsker - Krekorian) relative to requesting the Port of Los Angeles (POLA) to report with an analysis of the conditions and circumstances that led to the collapse of Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge and, in consultation with the Port of Long Beach (POLB), to report on the existing coordinated emergency planning response plans for similar events in the San Pedro Bay Complex.
