  2. 2 STATUTORY EXEMPTION and COMMUNICATION FROM THE BUREAU OF STREET SERVICES relative to the appeals of the Board of Public Works' California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) determination for the project located at 1514-1538 North Crescent Heights Boulevard and 8101 Sunset Boulevard, along North Crescent Heights Boulevard.

City of Los Angeles , Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV22692. (This matter arises from a traffic accident in which plaintiff was struck by a parking enforcement officer on July 30, 2020. The incident occurred near the intersection of Larchmont Boulevard and Rosewood Avenue.)
