1. 1 Bureau of Sanitation report relative to the status of all recycLA contracts and the recycLA Service Providers' compliance with contract objectives and performance requirements; options for commercial accounts to mitigate cost increases associated with adding commercial green bin service, and related matters.
2. 2 Bureau of Sanitation, and City Attorney reports, and ordinance relative to amending Section 195.06 of Article 2, Section 195.14 of Article 2.1, and Section 196.04 of Article 3 of Chapter XIX of the Los Angeles Municipal Code to align enforcement and appeals procedures with the City of Los Angeles Administrative Citation Enforcement Program.
3. 3 Mayor's communication relative to the appointment of Ms. Wilma Pinder to the Board of Water and Power Commissioners.
4. 4 Motion (McOsker – Hutt) relative to instructing the City Administrative Officer, with assistance from the Chief Legislative Analyst and the Los Angeles Unified School District to report the City's eligibility for funding under the Inflation Reduction Act's Grant Funding to Address Indoor Air Pollution at Schools and related matters.
5. 5 Motion (Yaroslavsky – McOsker) relative to a request for the Board of Water and Power Commissioners with the assistance of the Office of the Controller to solicit an independent expert contractor to conduct a comprehensive organizational performance and program evaluation and related matters.
6. 6 Motion (Price – Blumenfield) relative to the request for the Board of Public Works to report on all pending public nuisance properties in the City, and City Attorney's Office to prepare and present an ordinance to amend the Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 58.02, to add to the definition of public nuisance: hazardous materials, biohazards, and fire hazards.
