1. 1 City Administrative Officer (CAO) report relative to a proposed Fifth Amendment to Contract No. C-124676 between the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) and Conduent State and Local Solutions, Inc. for parking citation processing and collection services.
2. 2 CAO report relative to Personal Services Contract with Bikehub DBA Tranzito for the design, installation, implementation, operation, and management of the Integrated Mobility Hubs project to provide various on-demand transportation options.
3. 3 LADOT report relative to a request for authority to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the continuation and operation of the Intelligent Parking Management System (IPMS) and management of the LA Express Park program.
4. 4 LADOT report relative to a request for authority to release an RFP for enhanced transit technology services.

9. 9 Resolution (Blumenfield - Hutt) relative to prohibiting the parking of oversize vehicles along Tampa Avenue, between the 101 Freeway and Topham Street.
10. 10 General Manager, LADOT, to present verbal report relative to the Department's ongoing projects and programs; transit services offered by the Department; the state of mobility for pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles within the City of Los Angeles; and, recognition of LADOT employees for outstanding service.
