(This matter arises from a trip and fall incident that occurred on February 12, 2022, near the corner of Prosser Avenue and Thayer Avenue, in the City of Los Angeles.)

(This matter arises from an incident where the Plaintiff tripped and fell on an uplifted sidewalk on Mariposa Avenue near Wilshire Boulevard on August 6, 2019.)
